Author Topic: Combine Wattsups' battery/inverter/battery-charger loop & a Gabriel device...?  (Read 4982 times)

Everyone,
Just as a concept for my future experimentation, take a look at these:

The only special parts that I see are the steel doughnut/bagel affair & arrangements.  These might be co-axial or not?  That's part of the experimentation process, right?

(These 'Web addresses did load and run after I upoaded them.)

Reedit, 16 Jun '11:   Added a Gabriel reference 'Web site page from PESN.
Reedit, 9 Sept, '11:  Made this thread "sticky" to the top of my Bench page, since I don't have the time or money to devote to it now.  Members and the viewing public can look at all they want.  It won't be blocked.  Comment if you like.
Reedit:, 21 May 13:  Added Clarifying language to post.

Everyone,
The only special parts that I see are the steel doughnut/bagel affair & arrangements.  These might be co-axial or not?  That's part of the experiment, right?
There are a lot of cut-rate dollar stores in many cities.  Some of these stores have carded items which feature a set of four coils of steel picture-hanging wire, and occasionally the wall-hanging hardware.  This steel wire can also be found cheaper and in longer lengths in hardware stores.
Since the steel wire coils begin at about 2 1/2" in outside diameter, take a set of four and widen the diameter until you get the size you want.  Then you might set all of them atop each other in a pile and tape them together with PVC electrician's tape.  Or, take two and separate them with cardboard and then tape them together.

Wind a copper coil around the outside like a Rodin toroid and leave lengths to work with for electrical input/output.

For the inner toroid, it usually needs non-magnetically-permeable material.  Copper wire is conductive, but not permeable the same way iron or steel is.  Take a length and wind it the same was in shape as the first one, the way a Mobius coil is sometines wound.  You can start with one diameter strand of wire, and wind wire inside the coil in an inward circular direction until you run out of wire.
Wind a single thickness layer of wire , the same as the first one.

NOTE:
I'm using 24ga. speaker wire, since it's heavy enough to tolerate enough current to be worthwhile.

I'm nesting the smaller one inside the bigger one out of necessity to make construction easier.  The original invention had the smaller, output one internal to the bigger, input toroid's surface.  Mine will be nested inside the "donut" while sitting on the test surface.

(I'll see if I can find Internet references to illustrate my ideas.  I don't have the means to upload pictures to OUR's host server's hard drive.)
Right, here you go:

This is a RIPOFF!!!
Clicking on the address above will get you a automobile ad and nothing else.   You can't back out in any way.   All you can do is delete the page and go back to the original OUR.com post.
Looks to me like, MIB Big Brother will still censor any site that  tries to give  truthful information and help people.

Please take notice.

Comments and suggestions are welcome,
