The target make up, convergence, harmonics, direction, angle and power levels(equal or mismatched(importante!)) all play an important part in manipulating the target. Somewhere deep, the specifications of the incoming parameters and the target molecular structure are documented. We on the outside have to explore to find the parameters and material synchronization protocols. The turtle wins the race. Remember SM stated just off the mark.
