The target make up, convergence, harmonics, direction, angle and power levels(equal or mismatched(importante!)) all play an important part in manipulating the target. Somewhere deep, the specifications of the incoming parameters and the target molecular structure are documented. We on the outside have to explore to find the parameters and material synchronization protocols. The turtle wins the race. Remember SM stated just off the mark. If one is aiming for power from the start then that will blow up equipment. These are due to temporary excitation windows. These are vectoring alignments without control. This is what we are not told about the Hutchison effect.
