Found this old article a long time ago and found it interesting. (attached)

Lots of hits if you Google: electrical stimulation plant growth

I am thinking this could be combined with hydrophonics.

I'm sure it does work. I know Lakhovsky started testing his device by removing tumors from plants. You could see a big difference between the treated and untreated plants. The treated plants with the tumors looked better then the untreated untumor plants. The present CSA and UL standards stop us from doing it the old fashioned way, but there has to be a more acceptable method to accomplish this.

An osteo growth accellerator was placed across the L5 when I broke my back to enhance bone growth guided by micro current flow between the terminals. The fluids entrain along the path leaving calcium deposits along the fracture. L5 was split horizontally and healed in 6 weeks. There was still recuperation though and now I snowboard. So this process works.

I have a book titled "The Body Electric" that details studies on eletrical growth stimulation in the human body. Very interesting.
