You should review the Alexander Patent US Patent 3913004 1975 on revolving fields transformer/alternator. You could start with rewinding the plastic ring alternator from a riding mower with Briggs engine. (2) windings in same slot. Winding over + under the AC poles, same as the unwind was done. Patent said ratio of 1:3 with total diameter of both equals original winding removed. Excess power produced. The flywheels have either small or large magnets. See pictures on Ebay for the difference between small and large magnets. Maybe the 16HP type. Main Shaft turns magnets which are near the windings set in place.
