I had a thought how to induce Transformer-Like induction with rotation. Aside from Eddy currents and Cogging, it seems there should be no Lenz Drag because the rotor rotates dead center of the coil NEVER entering or leaving the coil.

I am starting the build.  I am not claiming it can produce >Cop1 or Overunity, but I can't see how it could possibly drag from Lenz if built right.  The rotation occurs on the same plane as the coils and the rotation does NOT cut across any windings. But the center core shall experience growing / shrinking / and flipping of polarities like a transformer.

I think there will be no magnetic induction in the coil due to the lack of magnetic field lines in this setting, or there will be a very small magnetic field. The losses will be huge.
It's always worth checking it out for yourself.

You should review the Alexander Patent US Patent 3913004 1975 on revolving fields transformer/alternator. You could start with rewinding the plastic ring alternator from a riding mower with Briggs engine. (2) windings in same slot. Winding over + under the AC poles, same as the unwind was done. Patent said ratio of 1:3 with total diameter of both equals original winding removed. Excess power produced. The flywheels have either small or large magnets. See pictures on Ebay for the difference between small and large magnets. Maybe the 16HP type. Main Shaft turns magnets which are near the windings set in place.

It doesn't matter, I believe this design will cause drag as the metal rotor passes the magnets under the influence of the coil's magnetic field.  The build has been snubbed.

I have something else going on that might be showing promise.

If you place three brushes at an angle of 120 degrees instead of two in a collector motor and use it as a alternator, will the output be three-phase current ?
