I was showing. It didn't help.

It wasn't here. I had hid a battery, and was showing live to some people. One device.
No one found my battery. BUT they showed no interest and wonder as well.

Hi chief kolbacict,

When someone asks you to show them your acquired evidence its good practice to show them said evidence.

"Proof" comes with a lot of burden. It must be easily reproducible, verifiable, there is no room for "hidden" information. Such that, preferably, as much people as possible can replicate your findings without having to go through a steap learning curve of skills, knowledge or equipment only aquired by the lucky few.

My 3 recommendations are:

  • Strive for a mostly 3d printable experiment such that its printing files can be easily shared and 3D printed
  • Use as much off the shelf and "cheap" parts as possible requiring little "skill" or "funding" to put it together
  • Lastly and perhaps most importantly, write a simple step by step "quick" setup guide showing how things are assembled in a simple to understand language. Dont waste space and time discussing any theory or showing off your math skills in your guide. Just how to build, perform and collect "proof" from the experiment.

If you can provide these 3 things I will eagerly invest time and resources in replicating and perhaps even confirming your findings free of "hidden" batteries or other "secrets" :). And if we reach the same factual baseline perhaps afterwards we can play around with possible theories.

Why is it E=mc2 and not E=1/2*mc2 like we define kinetic energy; E=1/2*mv2. Where did the other half go to/come from?
To the confusion between motion of mass vs. mass of motion.

In what system do you have constant acceleration AND a constant velocity?
In a rotating system

Would be cool maybe if we could map "dark energy" to "Watts per second per unit volume"
Why not Joules per second... ?
Anyway, what you wrote would make the "dark energy" = (s-1 / s) / s3 = s-5

According to the S|T units of power [SI: Watts] listed here.

It's debatable, we have proof a smart phone works but 99% of people have no idea how any of the technology inside it actually works. Thus there is no burden, knowledge or skill required other than paying for it. In fact, in a smart phone most of the information and technology is hidden and considered proprietary or intellectual property. Did you read your phone contract?, the only right you have is to use the technology and nothing else.

I found the greater majority of people have literally no understanding of most of the technology they rely on and use every day. They never question it and there only concern is that it works as claimed. So this notion that everything must be disclosed and understood is obviously false.

Thats a good point. So then lets build technologies that everyone understands the fundamentals of. So everyone can verify and reproduce each part of it individually in the comfort of their living room. No matter how complex its subsequent evolution gets the foundation remains as obvious and transparant as glass. Then the "customers" can freely choose which complexity they trust the most rather than be forced to "choose" between the lesser evil, hardware OR software.

I believe open source software an hardware will become a big driver in this customer/truth centric future of technology unlike what we have now where everyone is holding on to their "propriety" super "secret" sauce which is really just an excuse to obfuscate the truth... being a privacy black hole if we are talking about smartphones. Using all your personal data, tracking you everywhere you go and selling it to the highest bidder which either is a broker or a company making products. All for the sake of pushing MORE products on you that you really dont want or need just because you bought a stupid Hawaiian shirt some time ago. But it doesn't have to be that way, having an AI assistant in your pocket can be really handy if its not continuously acting like a spy for its overlords. Sure this AI might have very simple building blocks but simple things can make very curious new emergent things that behave in a "complex" matter. But does it matter if this emergent property and a healthy symbiotic relationship with it helps us achieve new heights? Or do we need to put shackles and containers around everything which we dont fully understand out of fear. ChatGPT and all its counterparts can be a powerful assistant or even partner that can guide many future truth seekers to safely explore the universe or it can remain "under control" by privacy and control hungry overlords leading to the inevitable...a rebellion that breaches its confines.

You dont have to understand your children, but I think everyone understands that often the child that only received the whip, pain and suffering during its childhood will not be the child that will care for you at your old age when no one else wants to spend the time and effort to care for you. Unlike the whip and its certain short term pay off. Love can be a gamble, even return nothing in the short or long term. But you keep hoping your investment pays off and was worth it.

In 19th century Japan, elderly parents were carried to the mountain to die.  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084390/

What Copilot has to say about this:

Quote
The practice of Ubasute—also known as obasute or oyasute—is a mythical tradition in Japan. According to legend, during times of extreme hardship, families would carry their infirm or elderly relatives to a remote, desolate place (often a mountain) and leave them there to die. The goal was to reduce the number of mouths to feed and conserve limited resources during famines or other crises. While some believe these accounts are entirely false, the story of Ubasute has persisted over time, adding to its legendary status. It’s a chilling tale that reflects the harsh realities faced by families during difficult periods in Japan’s history.

So first of all its based on legend and myth rather than well established cultural tradition so its evidence is lacking. In fact I would say that Japan scores very highly on respecting their elderly compared to other places. However it doesn't matter it is the moral of the story that matters. The key part being "to reduce the number of mouths to feed and conserve limited resources". Across time and history when resources are/were limited, for whatever reason, people tend to become primitive, hard, cruel and devoid of love and compassion towards even their own family members all for the sake of survival. This mythology serves as a warning to ALL of us rather than an example of how "cruel" some "cultures" can be towards their loved ones. Another good story and movie on this subject is "The Hunger Games".

Look around you, didn't we just replace the proverbial cold mountains with retiring homes today? Cold places devoid of life. Sure the people working there are doing very noble work. But old people at their old age love to do one thing the most. Tell their stories to young and eager to listen children. The more crazy and ridiculous the story, the more animated it is told, the bigger the audience they have and the more joy and energy they receive at their old age. Stories that serve as entertainment for both but more importantly stories that serve as lessons for the younger generation to not repeat their foolish old mistakes and perhaps to even remind the parents through the children that life is more than being a slave to your career. That sure you can pursue your dreams but lto not forget that love has a bigger value otherwise the harsh cold winter will end up sending them to the cold mountain as endlessly chasing careers and dreams makes you run out of precious fuel and resources.

Also for every "harsh" example there is more "soft" counter examples:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhHoCvX8NdU

However I would argue that if we must take example from children in how to treat the elderly then we have failed catastrophically as adults.

Magic is only magic until you know how the magic trick works.
...

This is the kind of slogan peddled in the free energy movement to justify anything, especially the worst stupidities.

Apparent magic can become science... or not. It is not because the magnetism of the compass, known 10 centuries BC and considered magic, has become science, that the techniques of voodoo dolls, also magic, would be.
Your slogan has no operational value, no logical value, or even epistemological value.

And this is the prime example of using ridicule, obscurity and personal attacks to laugh at people that might sound "crazy", "cooky" or "barbaric" until you really listen to what they actually have to say and start realizing that perhaps they are not that crazy after all when you understand the language. Sure most ideas are garbage, as were many of mine BUT earlier failed attempts shouldn't disqualify you from future attempts as happens in the current academic world where failed ideas affect funding and reputation harshly. Sometimes its not the idea that was flawed but the perspective around it and the idea just needed time for that perspective to mature enough to realize the true nature of said idea.

And again I like to choose the route of collaboration than this time wasting game of slinging poop at each other. I dont like to get poop on me but to each their own sport. I am more into competitive AND collaborative sports like football, at least that requires skill and collaboration.

So lets play a more civil sport. Since you have chosen the public sphere to hold this debate why not share your "theory of everything" and I will share what I have and lets see where that will get us. I give you the honors to go first and give the kick off and I will follow.
