Group: Elite Experimentalist Hero Member Posts: 4728	So Poynt shared a video on my latest thread-where i'm at 1+1=3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4N4TiOHc-g Seemed like an easy debunk, where a battery, reed switch, and coil were hidden in the base. next video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rR-sdvX2_CE He removes the flipping stator type gizmo, and the wheel slows to a stop. He then removes the rotor, and shows that there are no belts etc turning the shaft. Then puts it in an enclosed glass box, to show it is not air. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhIdMEushgg How was it done?, or does it actually work ? But like the original builder (first video) said, it requires a ton of fine tuning, and it certainly isn't going to drive a load of any sort. Could it be refined and scaled up to where it could drive a load? Group: Tinkerer Hero Member Posts: 1770	I think if you can work out the right "imbalance" most magnetic gates will work in rotation. I have come close with one where I saw it speed up but it was very difficult to tune.

Brad My first reaction is that if you put finely balanced lead weights on the wheel, you may get some decent torque out of it. Say 10 kg of lead may allow you to get some energy out to drive a small generator without stopping the machine. Impressive work, Brad. --------------------------- Electrostatic induction: Put a 1KW charge on 1 plate of a capacitor. What does the environment do to the 2nd plate?
