Albert Einstein referred to Max Plank's equation E=MC2 as "The Inertial equivalence of mass and energy". He also said it could be more simply stated as "The Inertia of energy". What it all means is that it takes a tremendous amount of energy to obtain the same amount of inertia as you would have with a given mass. And this is all based, of course, upon inertial mass. The Correas discovered that a Tesla Coil also produces a type of non-mass energy, which produces gravitational effects. This dates at least to the Roman culture of yore. So there's a lot we don't know right now. AND, somewhere along the line, we also need to compare what we've been given now with what the radar men of old understood. They're the ones who originated the 'shape resonant' ground symbol.
