Amazing Natural Remedies in Worland, Wyoming

Don't overpay for the help you need.  With the incredible power of healing clay from Pascalite, Inc., in Worland, Wyoming, you have the ability to get the relief you need at a reasonable price.

The strong power of the Pascalite clay is known to be a wonderful, natural wound care. A great natural remedy, Pascalite is amazingly effective on spider bites, infections, burns, rashes, and even facial acne.

"Our Story"

Find one of the best natural remedies for burns, bites, infections, minor wounds, and skin issues. At Pascalite, Inc., in Worland, Wyoming, we are the source of pure Pascalite clay. We use solar drying and never heat process our clay (which would destroy the enzymes in Pascalite). We grind it into powder to produce a great natural remedy for countless ailments. We also hand make additional products with the Pascalite clay as an ingredient."

William Baumgartner at the time was making his Vacuum Vortex Water Units (centripetal -inward movement,) ala Victor Schauberger water in which he added a little Pascalite clay to the water to "Energized" distilled water into healing water.  It was a nice little unit too!

That clay keeps me healthy, along with Vit. C ascorbic acid taken daily!

Chet,

First off - Thank you for hosting this great Forum!

Free speach and sharing of "Free Energy Devices" what a great place! :)

That is a great idea to visit Freddy, he was available to work on any HHO Project a couple of years ago, like he was doing these past 10 years!
Maybe we can get funding for Mr Wells to make another genset? Or fuel another car?

He likes to work in the HHO field.
He's even done Turbine fueled HHO testing.

Mr Wells is "Way Out There" at the Cutting Edge of HHO Research, having fueled cars, trucks, big rig freight trucks, 50kWp, 20kWp generator sets, 1.5MWp v16 Cat. generator power plant and other internal combustion engines.

There's some pretty impressive information in this thread.  I was wondering, as an aside, if any of those electrode surfaces are coated with tin oxide?  For the anti corrosion semiconductor band gap effect.

Hi,

The tube plates are sanded inside and outside with 40 grit or 80 grit sandpaper to make lots of "pointy" surfaces on the stainless steel so the HHO gas easily pops off.

At over 50Amps DC input my nickel plating peeled off the tube surfaces and mixed with the electrolyte. So had to sand off all the nickel plating that was done, which took 4 weeks of plating effort. Ugh...

Also added a 10"x 2.5" home water filter to catch any 5 micro or larger particles in the electrolyte.

Still testing, but so far this Tubular Browns Gas Neutral Plate 304L or 316L SS tubes are working marvelously with no special treatment or coating needed, just sanded surfaces!

Got some good info on nickel plating from

The DIY Science Guy Stefan

Nickel plating would work for Low Amps HHO Units, say under 30Amps.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOppb7jRGCc

It was fun plating, but after testing in high amperage ranges 50A to 175A, the nickel plating came off into the electrolyte.

Really anything on the tube surfaces, at over 50A, will come off the surface, and leave the stainless steel clean again for the next HHO gas to come off.

Test Results Unit 1 + Unit 2, V624:
Amperage test Trying 2 Different Electrical Configurations for 2 of 3 Units.

Parallel vs Series Electrical connection

Each V624 Unit has 5 cells and 4 Neutral Plates.

Summary:
Parallel Electrical connection is more energy efficient than Series Connection; up to 33% higher efficiency (17-33% range).
(Less Cell Voltage = Less Heat = More Effiecient Faraday Electrolysis Process)

So for 100A input to 2 Units in Parallel the Amps per square inch goes down 50% to,
0.125A per sq.in. from 0.250A per sq.in.

Test Results Unit 1 + Unit 2, V624 :

Observations

We will call this 24 in. Unit, V624, meaning Version with 6 tube/plates and 24 in. long.

The stainless steel tubes in this design are 0.065" thick, or 1/16" thick.
For larger units, such as 8 foot tall units, the thicker the tubes, 0.130" or thicker, the more amps can flow thru it at less resistance which equal less heat loss.
Maybe that is what Freddy was using in his two 8 foot tall units, Freddy designated V96M, powering the Belize 1.5MWp Caterpillar V16 engine, or the one powering his 50kWp genset?

For seawater electrolyte, using solid nickel tubes would last longer than 304 or 316L stainless steel.

Also interesting is the adding of 100 to 200 Amps flowing thru water you start getting plasma and micro ball lightning, or EVO's per Ken Shoulders and a John Hutchison Effect.

Creating both Electricity and Heating in any electric generator set.

Now Mr. Wells, in his units had both the simple water exchanger (see Amazon link)  to the more elaborate Hitachi large industrial "Heat Exchanger" found on the 50 KWp generator build from 2017-2018.  see photos

350,000 BTU/hr: 30-Plate Heat Exchanger,
https://www.amazon.com/350-000-BTU-30-Plate-Exchanger/dp/B00496OK2A/ref=pd_lpo_5?pd_rd_i=B00496OK2A&psc=1

Heat Exchanger, Cont.

When adding +50 Amps and above to the V624 fuel cell there is a lot of HHO Gas and Heat being generated, that are difficult to get out of the cell fast enough.
So there is Pulsing and bursts of HHO gas output vs. the continuous stream of HHO and water electrolyte flowing out of the cell at amperages below 50Amps.

High Amps = High Heat = Arc Welding Currents = Plasma and Plasmoids

Arc Welders know higher current melts metal and fuses then together in a weld pool bead along the joints.

So that is where the heat exchanger comes in, to keep the High HHO gas output at high amperage going longer without boiling the water and making Steam as the heat builds.
At low amperage and output there is no noticable heat problems in the current HHO marketplace.

With this Tubular HHO Neutral plates design you will need a heat exchanger to keep the high HHO gas output going when needed.

Now that is where Freddy discovered on his 50kWp genset that you don't need +50A all the time, just in the beginning at startup to build up to the 40 PSI engine running operation pressure.  After it reaches the desired pressure then the amperage goes way down to 13.4A. and 27.32V DC (see photos below).

So the heat exchanger is needed most at startup then after reaching the set tank pressure for running the genset you are coasting along

Calc.
at 13.4A X 27.32V = 366W Fuel Cell Input for a 50kW output.

COP of over 50

That is the beauty of this Tubular Browns Gas HHO unit it is more highly efficient than the Flat Plat HHO units in the marketplace.

50kWp Genset - COP Calc.

Input Energy to power the 50kWp V96M HHO Unit estimate:

1- The Fuel Cell watts is 366W (at running operation 40psi), but it takes twice as much to generate that so equals 732W for the Power supply input.
2- Water Recirculating Pump watts is around 240W
3- Hitachi Heat Exchanger calc. 240VAC at 10A = 2,400W

Total Watts Input
 3,372W

If using the engine water cooling system you don't need the Hitachi heat exchanger so the input power is
3372 - 2400 = 972W input

The 50kWp genset output is 50,000W

COP of around 50

Theory of Tubular HHO OverUnity Operation

HHO at 40-64 psi + High Amperage at start = creates an energy conduit from Counterspace, Zero-Point Energy, Neutrons, EVO's, Plasmoids etc.

"Forest for the Trees"

Tubular HHO, Browns Gas, Neutral Plate Tubes

I have been doing this since 2001 and assumed everybody knew this info.  ugh.

It was when I was explaining to an ebay seller from
Dunaszentgyörgy, Hungary

https://www.ebay.com/itm/184460412779?var=692238514661

about needing a high amperage HHO power supply and he never heard of the HHO neutral tubes design and it needing 100's of amps.

I said if this guy who specializies in PS for HHO never heard of this, then there must be ALOT of others that also never heard of this.

So, that is why I am here at Over Unity Reseach "to get the word out" so to speak, so this info can be replicated by ANYONE and not just Freddy!

Freddy had a 10 year run of the market all by himself, so now its time for others to join in on the fun and beauty of this breakthrough energy device!

Inventor of the Neutral Plates in HHO Units was from a Bulgarian Inventor named:

Clean Energy Review

...We now proceed to the experimental results obtained by advanced transmutation which have direct bearing on the problem of disposal of nuclear waste fuel.

Interaction with ionic hydrogen and ionic oxygen

Brown's Gas has been developed by a Bulgarian-born Australian national, Prof. Yull Brown. In his process, water is separated into its two constituents, hydrogen and oxygen in a way that allows them to be mixed under pressure and burn simultaneously and safely in a 2:1 proportion.
The proprietary process results in a gas containing ionic hydrogen and oxygen in proper mixes which is generated economically and safely and which may be compressed up to 100 psi.

Brown's Gas is a "cornerstone of a technological edifice" with many commercial and industrial applications.

At this time, Brown's Gas generators are mass produced in the Bautou, a major research city in the People's Republic of China by the huge NORINCO factory which also manufacturers locomotives and ordinances -- and services the nation's nuclear industry complex.  Most of these generators (producing up to 4,000 litres/hour/2.4 water at 0.45 MPa with power requirements ranging from 0.66 kW up to 13.2 kW) are marketed for their superior welding and brazing qualities, costing between $ 2,000 and $ 17,000. Some units have been used for the decontamination of radioactive materials since 1991.  In general, Brown's Gas generators produce between 300 and 340 litres of Brown's Gas per 1 kW energy DC current approximately and one litre of water produces 1.866.6 approximately litres of gas. A generator which produces 10,000 litres per hour has been built specifically for the reduction of nuclear waste.

On August 24, 1991, Baotou's Nuclear Institute # 202 released a report, The results of experiments to dispose of radiation materials by Brown's Gas which establishes that experimentation on Cobalt 60 radiation source decreased radiation by about 50% or half-life of radiation --
but sometimes more radiation is decreased which needs investigation of possibilities for decreasing more of the radiation in single treatments of exposure to Brown's Gas flame, lasting only a few minutes, in the samples as described in the table below.

                                First Experiment                 Second Experiment
Source Intensity   580 millirads/hour                   115 - 120 millirads/hour
After Treatment    220 - 240 millirads/hour         42 millirads/hour

De-radioactivation of Cobalt 60 by exposure to Brown's Gas flame for less than 10 minutes.
1991 experiments conducted by Baotou Nuclear Institute # 220, People's Republic of China.

HHO Neutralization of Radioactivity - Recent 2021 Activity

Bob Greenyer
Has done some investigation into Brown's Gas and HHO and last year was to make a presentation the Japanese authorities in-charge of cleaning up the fallout of Fukushima.
And Propose using HHO Gas as an easily and affortable way of cleaning up the radioactivity, as Yul Brown did several decades earlier.

Despite the spot pyrometer maxing out at 500ºC, it would appear that the CaCO3 had exceeded 825ºC by the end of the experiment , since it appeared to have decomposed into CaO.

The question remains though is that, since there was clear limelight - is this an indication of far higher temperatures?

Tubular HHO, Brown's Gas, Neutral plate/Tubes Discovery

Research and Development takes time.

The goal was to figure it out, and 2.5 years later I did.

Got most of the parts over the years, such as the 6 SS tubes, with 4 neutral plate/tubes,

only needing now to design the End Caps for the stainless tubes.

3D +PLA prints, epoxy, and cement casted End Caps to suport the Neutral plate Tubes and be an electric insulator to isolate the tubes from each other, ala Brown's Gas 1960's patent idea of Neutral flat plates.

End Caps Design

The current model V624 Fuel Cell has epoxy sealed end caps made from a 3D printed shell to then fill with epoxy and cement.

Someone could also make them out of teflon turned on a lathe and also design an O-ring sealed system.
I tried the o-ring without success, it leaked for both 1/16 and 1/8" diameter o-rings, so I went with epoxy sealant.  Epoxy stopped the leaks.

Epoxy is inert to water and electrolytes KOH or NaOH and anchor cement is strong enough mechanically to hold the tubes in-place and the combination has a high temperature resistance than just epoxy alone.

The 3D printed End Cap forms are accurate to 0.001" so the cell spacing of 0.065" was not an issue.

Freddy's V96M 8 foot tall unit looked to be 6" tube outside diameter. So anyone making one of those units would need a 3D printer bed that can print +6" end caps.

Attached are the STL 3D End Cap files format (404 error at thingverse)
