Cell 3 build v1

- Positive End Cap w/ 1/4-20 x 3.5" long thread rod
- Positive end cap electrical connection 1/4" all thread to trimmed Nut to allow water flow through cell
- Battery clamp to 316L stainless 1/2"  nipple, to power the Unit

Building End Caps

- 3d form to be filled with a mixture of epoxy and anchor cement
- place inside form a small 0.50" stainless tube section for the nipple and hose bib to sit on.

Filling Positive end Cap with Epoxy + cement and some 6mm .24" Chopped Carbon Fiber
with 0.5" x 1" long tube insert to be epoxy coated at end,
for forming a water path into cell from 1/2 NPT nipple.

Currently building Unit #3 to do a test with 3 units in-series, 5+5+5 cells for a total of 15 cells.
I have access to a 200A welder, Hitbox Tig200p, as a power source,
The purpose of this test is to see if the units can go below Faraday in voltage of 1.24V DC.

Of course Mr. Fred Wells and group have been doing this for the past 12 years.  That was the problem, because nobody took notice of his Tubular HHO Brown's Gas Cells Design and nobody has replicated this unique design until now.  So my effort is just the start, more than a decade behind Mr. Fredrick Wells. His units powers cars, gensets, turbines, all on Youtube video. 

My current contribution in this field is to share my interpretation and understanding to this HHO Browns Gas, neutral tube cells, HHO unit into the marketplace for others to replicate and spread the word.   Businesses with larger manpower and funding could probably crank out a tubular series cell design in a month.  This HHO gas is an exciting new energy source!

This is impressive but surely someone could put one of these units on a bench and tell us how many liters of HHO are being generated at STP and the associated amperage and voltage. Such data would be really useful.

Hi,

On an old video titled "B621 M's Revisited further testing,"  at 40 sec mark on the 2:41 min video
the gas flow meter was reading see pic attached

I could not find this video readily on youtube at the moment.

After modifying a Buick Park Avenue sedan to run on an HHO (Brown's Gas) and gasoline mixture, he found a 30% increase in fuel-efficiency from the HHO addition. This led to some difficult questions, however, because the amount of Brown's Gas being added to his fuel mixture was miniscule, so he began searching for another explanation.

Hugo found the work of Dr. Richard A. Oriani and James C. Fisher, who claim to have validated cold fusion alpha-reactions inside of traditional HHO cells - which are built very similar to HHO electrolyzers. Hugo found their research compelling enough to begin researching Oriani's tests on cold fusion involving CR-39 detectors, which seem to indicate energy emission during cold fusion events that exceeds even that in traditional "hot fusion" experiments (on rare, per-event basis).

Realizing that HHO and Brown's Gas may in fact contain cold fusion reactions that account for the increased energy seen in his vehicle, he reasoned that modifications to Oriani's design might result in a "closed-loop" cold fusion engine. As he states in this footage, his next realization is that Joseph Papp might have built just such an engine in 1968.

According to Mark Hugo, the Papp Engine patent almost perfectly describes an electrolytic HHO or cold fusion system for producing the compound Hugo believes produces the cold fusion energy.

He indicates that the Papp Engine's DC supplemental power supply was used to prime the engine as an electrolytic generator before actual operation of the engine through the AC electrical system. He also describes Papp's "capacitor plate" system as a form of Jacob's Ladder, or "gliding arc" to carry the plasma combustion current into the combustion chamber.

While Mark Hugo's description of the Papp Engine as an electrolytic cold fusion reactor may not be complete, he definitely provides a wealth of scientific and technical knowledge on HHO and Brown's Gas, cold fusion, and the Papp Engine in this technical interview.

Finally, Hugo provides detailed instructions to inventors seeking to experimentally test this theory based on his research into cold fusion, the Papp Engine, and Dr. Richard A. Oriani's research.

Test Data:
Specifications of this 24" Tubular Cell Design:

- 24" long
- 5 Cell, 1/16" spacing
- 6 Tube (5 tubes and a center 0.50 inch solid rod center, SS 304)

 Unit has a total plate area and amperage inputs as follows:

So as long as you keep it under 100A, or 0.25A per sq. inch. you will generate less heat.

But, it is also possible to to feed it even more amps and to also generate Lots more heat, to be used to heat water, for for space heating in homes or cities.

The proverbial "killing 2 birds with one stone" so to speak in developing this HHO technology.

Creating both Electricity and Heating in any electric generator set.

Now Mr. Wells, in his units had both the simple water exchanger (see Amazon link)  to the more elaborate Hitachi large industrial "Heat Exchanger" found on the 50 KWp generator build from 2017-2018.  see photos

Water Flow Diagram

Showing the way the water flows aound the tubes thru the cell - In-Out Diagram with Updated with 3D Forms for End Caps (see above post on file location) and Epoxied Cemented End Caps to the stainless tubes

The Water Out is thru the 1/4" holes at one end of the the 1.5" tube, (see photos above)  then out thru the Neg. End cap going to the gas separation unit.

50KWp Genset Observations:

That 50KWp genset with the 8 foot tall Tubular HHO Unit that Mr Wells made and demonstrated running on just his HHO gas (see his videos) looks like it cost around $50 to 100k to build and a year or two make

So $1 to 2/kWp to build, very reasonable  compared to other technologies out in the marketplace, such as coal and oil fired power plants.
Now that "the Cat is out of the bag" so to speak, everyone can build their own unit for their homes and cars.

Power Supply for the +200A DC input

This HHO Tubular unit can be easly scaled to as large as you like from 2 feet to 8 feet long or longer.

On his 1.5MWp Belize Caterpillar Unit, Freddy had two 8 foot long tubular units powering that V16 engine.

And he used a +200A Forklift Battery Charger to power those big Units to over 200A input. see attached photo the blue looking battery charger in front of the unit in pic #2.

Alltrax 400A Switching Power Supply

The Forklift battery charger, Mean Well  or 24V DC battery power supply then feeds a "chopper" that controls the power input to the Cells, by Duty Cycle and PWM 0-100%.

There's some pretty impressive information in this thread.  I was wondering, as an aside, if any of those electrode surfaces are coated with tin oxide?  For the anti corrosion semiconductor band gap effect.

He wrote about hot electricity( high current ) and cold electricity  ( low current high voltage ) in a sealed chamber/engine .

If you talk to Bob Boyce, tell him says hi too!  Bob and I go back to 2005-2008. Where I helped Bob out by funding some of his HHO Research Such as his HHO 60 cell neutral plates Brown's Gas/Bob Boyce cell design.

Freddy Wells wanted $5k for all of his research info several years back.  I did not have the funds so had to pass on the offer.

The poor guy had all of his gensets stolen, ouch!
