I believe Wesley is maintaining agreement with fellow researcher in Germany who did the actual testing to realize the activation process and additional energy. he is asking for permission to share the specifics.

What is the energy density of the frequencies which occur within the ELF band from 3 Hz to 60 Hz? Sufficient to enable "harvesting" watts of power with a "receiving" device of some sort? Aren't the Schumann frequencies rather weak? Powered by Lightning, the original "Spark Gap Transmitter." The tower built in Texas is designed to operate at approx. 18 KHz which is much higher than the Schumann frequencies but, interestingly, within the range of frequencies used to world-wide communicate with submerged submarines in the oceans of the Planet. Food for thought... Group: Ambassador Hero Member Posts: 4045	I have heard that there is a layer of natural Zenneck waves that runs right along the surface [under our feet ?] in Telluric currents....?? in an area smaller than the space between two pinched fingers [crazy small space] and the magnetic attribute of this "Zenneck zone" is most important for harvesting, one thing for certain we will be learning much more about the different energy transmitting / harvesting methods here .[good or bad] whether true FE as in a heretofore unrealized energy source, or is it harvesting unbeknownst from the grid or "other" ?? we shall see ??

I note that the Zenneck wave occurs at the boundary between two different materials and requires the permittivity of one of the materials to be either negative or to have an imaginary component. If the earth is that material then it requires its permittivity to be either negative (which it isn't) or to have an imaginary component which is equivalent to saying it is lossy (which it is). Will the Texas Tower have success in the stated objective of beaming power to distant locations? I am skeptical and doubtful. Will the Texas Tower create an atmospheric channel of conductivity to discharge some of the Sun Powered Atmospheric Capacitor? I believe so. It may experience the same sort of power surges that Tesla experienced with his work in Colorado. Hopefully, the Texas Tower will have the ability to transform the Energy Surge from the Atmospheric Capacitor into Electrical Power suitable for use by the People. That will be a very great challenge. One of the speakers mentioned the dilemma in Germany where the Political sector, which is heavily influenced by Corrupt Corporations, made what seems now a wrong decision. Sadly, in America, that Political Power of Corruption is even stronger and may put the kerbosh on dreams of abundant, carbon free, low cost energy. Note the large fiberglass tower with the large top load as well as the second skinny tower with a torus top load. The second tower is the trigger for the first tower as well as being part of the feedback loop. However what is not seen and rarely mentioned is the extra coil(s) which helps produce a high magnitude Solition wave. In my opinion the Zenneck wave is a red herring so the Corum brothers and Viziv can distance themselves from the discovery first made by Nikola Tesla. The upside is that Nikola Tesla already has prior art and patents to support his claims so anyone can replicate and commercialize this system. I wonder if the Corum brothers informed all their investors of this fact... I'm going to guess not. I may have to dust off some equipment and start my own company if this thing looks like it's going to take off, hmm. Personally I can't see it happening any time soon because the utilities have a trillion dollars or so invested in antiquated transmission line systems. Everyone is still throwing up more towers and more wires all over the place as we speak. It's kind of comical that there idea of "common sense" is to keep building more and more towers and wires until the whole planet is probably covered in them. Common sense?... right. So it should be understood this is not just an ordinary Tesla coil with a feedback loop and most skilled in the art know that this will not produce the wave properties required. I have built many Tesla coils with and without feedback and they cannot produce the desired effects alone without additional components. Why wait? --> I give the same challenge to myself, incidentally - on a different technology I've been working on, set aside for awhile, need to get back to it pronto!

Greetings, Conrad Lucs experiment atm is to show one wire transfer of power without a return path. He has eliminated wireless capacitance by placing his generator in a faraday cage. Wesley explains a lot in the vids.

Sr. Member Posts: 375	Hi guys, As this keeps coming back, I can share my guess what "activation" process is. First at all no closed loop circuit can produce more energy than primary energy source puts in. But this is not a case when it is mixed with open circuit which is interacting with ambient. So, starting with small step one - when you run Tesla coil off the battery it still have sparking to the ground, right? This is where secondary power source becomes apparent and all you need is just to amplify effect. Basically this is part of "activation" process, simple as all Nature is. Moving to step two - have Avramenko plug for charge separation on single wire and connect Tesla coil primary to it over capacitor discharge with interrupter(rotary/magnetic spark gap in Tesla days). The secondary ground connection is the second wire to the circuit. What it makes essentially is capacitor to the primary power source which separates the rest of circuit from it. But because of coils used as capacitor plates it also have inductance so with the charges discharging to the primary from Avramenko plug you will still have power output on the secondary. The beauty of that is, it is already electrostatic arrangement between air and ground and is quite straight forward when you start attracting ions from surrounding air and electrons from ground then create dipole. Which can power your loads. I’m trying to understand why I get “better” results by using an antique ac/dc power supply . Dc is actually half rectified ac. The rectifier is not familiar to me. It measures 6vdc on a dmm, uses about 80ma measured by an analogue panel meter. My normal dc power supply at 12vdc using 140ma does not produce anywhere near the plasma or field. I’d like to understand why that is the case.
