Richard Hull is a good man
   under Richards tutelage this young fellow just made the grade for the youngest person [teenager] to build a working Fusion reactor............... in his bedroom I guess?

   Great!  I saw the foxnews report also.

   Caution:  just because he has a "fusion device" does not mean that it has COP > 1.  Almost certainly, it does not. 

I understand he detects neutrons, which shows d-d fusion is occurring (at a low level, IMO).
