Probably not... my wood working teacher in school was named Hole... first name Albert
He would sign our submissions "A. Hole". Off course none of us snickered, right?

I also noticed this strange detail. Later in text it translated as "Houl".
Hopefully the document not a joke, never can trust Russians  people :(

It's probably a joke. Only having the original can confirm its originality.
