Those are garden variety SCR controllers (Control Concepts was one of our competitors) that use the names "fusion" and "microfusion" as part of their advertising trade names.
There are many suppliers of SCR power controls out there, but these are not necessarily needed. I designed similar controls as part of my employment in the past.
Shortly, I will be providing information on a simple foolproof test method that anyone can put together to test the validity yay or nay of the ECAT claims. It does not use calorimetry, instead it uses a simple null balance against a control standard to determine excess heat. It will be accurate, robust and repeatable.

I am told that it is the one used in that test, and if you look at the photo's you can see it I think on the table next to a lap top PC. Has a PWM via USB interface, I really do not know how it works, just quoting what I have been told by PM and passing it on regards Mike
