I know many never look at EnergeticForum here but there is a thread that I highly recommend.
There is a free ebook but I could only download the larger one successfully:

Thanks for the reminder about that.  I saw it when he first posted but probably would have forgotten to get it.   First one is downloading now and it's big and it keeps erring out but with the browser I use I can keep 'resuming' it so I expect to have it in a minute.   Got it and it's working fine.   I'll try re-uploading somewhere that's more reliable or you can get the best browser (opera) and give it a try at that link on EF.

Having gotten both now it appears they are the same book ...  110 pages.   So maybe one is in a different compression format.   I've seen PDF's come out vastly different is size depending on what program saves them.
