They do that wrong...Instead of filling patent just in Brasil and check if they can do something useful to help their community , they supressed technology for next 20 years. I believe I know what they did but I was unable to construct working device (no help, no money)

Look, if you follow overunity.com there is user Tito L.Oracion who did that (one of many implementations) in 2008 or ever ealier. Except maybe if he is Barbosa or Leal, hmm....
