I doubt very much he has anything, from what I saw on Dragon's Den, and from reading the patent (the patent is brutal!). Brett Wilson (one of the dragons) offered to make some kind of deal with Richard Willis IF he could prove to him that the device did indeed produce free energy. I never did hear if an investment deal by Brett was ever negotiated. I am curious if it was though. Does anyone know? If I lived in Kitchener I'd pay Richard a visit and go over some measurements with him. .99
