It's just one more of the dozens of scams and absurdities that we've been seeing in Africa for years, all of which have been completely hyped up by unscrupulous youtubers and media outlets looking to create a buzz, and which have never served any useful purpose because they obviously don't work at all as described. A year later we've heard nothing more about them.
You can see the stupidity both in the presentation and in the comments of the naive fools for whom the subject is intended: “This Zimbabwe inventor is an enemy of the oil industry and the motor industry”, says one of them. We're deep in conspiracy theories, while we've got absolutely nothing on the scientific and technical front. These crooks and their lying useful idiots are far worse than the oil industry.
