Remarkable video, thank you, I had the same thoughts on their work.
Not only do they explain the principle with great clarity, not only do they have measurements to show and respond to possible experimental artefacts, not only do they respond to the objections of principle that they have made to themselves or to those of other colleagues, in particular on compliance with the second law, not only do they have no conspiracy theories why mainstream science would reject them, but they also have the honesty to provide the questions they don't have answers to.
This is real scientific work. If the FE is ever obtained, it will be far more likely to be by people like them than by FE clowns like Bearden or Don Smith and their "secrets". We are light years away from the gibberish of the latter, those should learn how to express themselves in science.
I will follow the work of these scientists with attention. I don't know if it will result in useful devices, but in any case, it's the kind of way to go.
