It "implies" that "polarized vacuum" can reduce inertia.

That number isn't a valid civilian patent number. Here is the patent in the standard archive. It might be different.

That is not the patent, it is the patent application.  MuDped gave the patent link in reply 2 but clearly you did not look at it.

Quite right ... that's what happens when someone talks, imo, such crap on the coronavirus front. I assumed it was a link to "thetruthseeker", and therefore to be assumed worthless. But he and you are quite right. It is discouraging to see it assigned to the US Navy. It says the government can use it without payment but not that it is otherwise suppressed.

  Interesting article.  The patent makes a difficult but intriguing read.
