Well, if they aren't making any ridiculous claims, then in my books they are not so bad.
IMHO, worse are those that have a half-baked project and make un or poorly-substantiated claims.
There are dozens that fall into this category, and they suck in just as many if not more folks into separating themselves from their hard-earned cash and precious time. Here are a few that come to mind:
- Steorn - Ainslie-type circuits (and this covers a huge range of devices out there) - Bedini motors and chargers - Thane Heins - etc...
