This is the first board prepared for shipment outside Hong Kong.

The COP was -12.68.

COP is defined as the Coefficient of Performance.  It is the ratio of the average Output Power over the Input Power.  This ratio, by conventional wisdom, is positive.  However, if either the Average Input Power or the Average Output Power were negative, this ratio can be negative.

The negative sign has very special significance.  It implies a feedback circuit - more energy comes back to source than supplied by the source.  By itself, lead-out energy is confirmed.

The negative sign came from INPUT.

This deserves some explanation, Lawrence. A COP is a ratio.
