Author Topic: electrolysis with nano-pulse power supply  (Read 304503 times)
Group: Guest
@ All,

As promissed, see below an edited and compressed version and converted to AVI.

Electrolyser Gasflow output:
I have documented all above process on video unfortunately the original is too big to upload here but I will edit and convert it to avi.
So here it is, see below.

About the gasflow output: I am not an expert in this so you can do the math.
Is this any good or bad please let me know.

I can guarantee one thing...

Even if you cannot get the engine to run as you wish, you will be using that cell to drive your HHO torch for many years to come.
No more bottle gas.   O0

And speaking of an HHO torch.  You may want to try something that I did.  Get out your cutoff head and run compressed air through it, normally the Oxygen side.  You'll be amazed by how useful this is.  Also, if you crank up the compressed air pressure, it becomes real easy to blow the flame out without the typical flashback you would normally get.

Just want to show you the adapter I custom made for injecting the Hydroxy gas.
Assembly direct on the intake manifold before the carburator.

Note: also replaced the original sealing (color red) with new one (color gray) to avoid leakage.
See below pictures:

As usual very Crisp and clean assembly  O0

Thank for the update.

I have finished assembling my testbed, engine with generator and the electric outletbox with the safety fuses (see enclosed picture).
Enclosed a video, showing engine running the generator.

The engine is a singel cylinder four-stroke gasoline/benzine fueled 420cc (Honda GX-390) with electric starter.
The generator is a Bosch rated 8 kW/1500 RPM.
I have installed the 3 panelmeters for monitoring purpose, RPM, Voltage/Hz, Power Amp/Watt.

You can see it's running stable at ca. 1520 RPM under load.

Remark:
On this video the engine is running on gasoline/benzine 95 Octane fuel for TESTING purpose.

Of course I intend to run this engine on Hydroxy gas.
Error in uploading the Video, probably too big will reduce and convert to avi.

Greetings, Alex

What else apart from a HHO torch can you drive ? Hydraulic piston engines perhaps ?? Can you do it without burning the gas..  :D

It's turtles all the way down
Well done Alex, the kilowatt hour meters will give you a nice tally of elapsed power obtained for a given amount of fuel usage. They have fairly high resolution if I recall.

@ All,

Thanks for the compliments, progress step by step more to come soon.

I like the statement below it gives me the motivation to continue.

Overunity is impossible, it's definition defines it:

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/suggestions/overunity

"The word you've entered isn't in the dictionary. Click on a spelling suggestion below or try again using the search bar above."

thefreedictionary is more current and lists overunity as perpetual motion, an impossibility within the closed system it is defined within as the losses incurred in operation through time will result in a less than 100% energy conversion efficiency.

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/overunity

perpetual motion
noun.
"The hypothetical continuous operation of an isolated mechanical device or other closed system without a sustaining energy source."

The figuring out how is accomplished by recognising that every part in the process will be COP<1, but the overall output will be COP>1 which is achieved by multiple system reference coupling.

Still need to learn and testing how to and how much to inject of the HydrOxygas.
The proper Air/Fuel ratio is the most important and critical part of this, there is no guess work allowed because of the extremely high flame-speed ignition and flammability of the HydrOxygas.

See below relevant info:
Gasoline Vapor Concentration by Volume:
The minimum concentration of a particular combustible gas or vapor necessary to support its combustion in air is defined as the
Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) for that gas (examples: hydrogen, butane, propane, gasoline fumes, etc.).
Below this level, the mixture is too “lean” to burn.

The maximum concentration of a gas or vapor that will burn in air is defined as the Upper Explosive Limit (UEL).
At the UEL, is the most efficient – greatest explosion.

Beyond that, less oxygen is available for combustion. (and the excess gas, fumes, is wasted)

LEL for gasoline vapor: 1.2%
UEL for gasoline vapor: 7.1%

LEL for Propane: 2.1%
UEL for Propane: 9.5%

LEL for Hydrogen: 4.0%
UEL for Hydrogen: 75.0%
