Author Topic: Tesla's little secret...would this work in the original video...?  (Read 7864 times)

The video author implies a backwards Tesla coil with a large, long final output coil would collect ambient energy and step down the incoming power, through the original primary coil of the Tesla coil, to be used, then, to charge a battery through a diode.

I never heard this was possible.
Is the same level of tuning required?   Is a huge input coil required on the first stage as the collector?   Is a globe also required?

The author of the video didn't say if he had a prototype.   This was his theory, I presume.   Does anyone agree?

This is an archive thread that members can post to if they wish.   It won't be "sticky" to the top of the page.
