In this thread we will share Cell construction verses 'electrolysis' construction and why they are 'different' and some experiments that Magnetic Water can deliver as "Energy" or 'exhibit'.
Electrolysis... Placing a Copper and Zinc electrode in a caustic Solution and 'adding' 'electricity' to make 2 gases.
Magnetic Cell Construction. The Placing of 4 to 9 Non Magnetic iron (stainless steel) 'plates' in fairly pure or potable water and only electrifying 2 of the Plates.
In the first electrification of water with only 2 electrodes we find that in order to manufacture oxygen and hydrogen like "Air" we must have the Positive DC connected to a Copper Electrode and the Neg to the Zinc electrode. We also NEED to add more elements to the water to get bubbles.
The Experimental Apparatus does not Meet the "conditions" of the Experiment to prove water is H2O. It is RIGGED to give this result.
It should use stainless steel electrodes. Plain Water and just a 12V DC car Battery as Source of Vibrations.
It requires specific 'elements' for electrodes and it is not 'Water' that is used. It is Scientific Fraud to state this experiment proves water is H2O. Until you figure this out, Dissociative Cognizance will prevail and taint your observations of any further scientific experiment involving Marbles and energy.
And with this rigged experiment, all of the science Theories will permeate into infinity and constitute Common Language with which to understand our universe around us and stem from a Fake and Rigged experiment.
The Construction of a Water Cell to magnetize water, instead of 'split it'. is as follows.
A suitable Stainless 316 Food Grade container of appropriate size say 8 inches in diameter and about 10 inches tall.
For Concentric Tubes to fit inside of each other with as pure as possible 'rubber' as insulators to keep all components from touching inside food grade container.
The Tubes must NOT be cut with any heat. No lathe work. No cutoff wheel. Hacksaw only.
Container, 4 pieces of pipe and rubber spacers. The original JoeCell Tube Cell that ALL experimenters built had the centre Tube protruding out the bottom as the Placement for the Negative electrode. No one ever reversed their position or experimented with other placements. No one thinks outside the box. Joe gave
one 'way' of possible 16 ways that gave the correct Frequency to Make AIR combust without another frequency of any other fuel needed. It was called Stage 3 because Air is the 3rd Element. (earth, water, wind and fire) To activate it 3 times, takes the BUBBLES and corresponding Frequency of the Water to the 3rd Hypercharge Stage. The Water now has the Frequency of Charged Air. Taking it to the next level is actually very dangerous as Joe states in his videos. The Cell has the Frequency to make Air Combust. This frequency only needed to be connected to the CAR or the Vacuum brake Line or a dead bolt for the Frequency to permeate the Metal and so affecting the Air drawn into the Motor. As its IMPLOSION Frequencies that this North Pole Energy imparts to the Motor like in the Video here...

This adaption of Frequency to a Metal Motor is easier if its an Aluminium Block and takes only Minutes to Charge Up the block but cast iron takes up to a week before the motor will run smoothly if at all.
Each Tube will have a North Pole end. These Poles must be determined and cannot be determined if heat is used to trim the ends. This creates a Multipole tube. This is why you cannot buy Kits. Guaranteed to fail.
The tube's polarity can be determined by Dowsing. When all the North Poles ends of the Tubes are known they can be placed inside the outer container with rubber spacers.
One guy took his nice shinny new Cell to Joe and said it wont work. Joe only looked at the Cell from a few feet away and said the Tubes are not aligned. So he left to dowse the tubes. This is all explained in the experimenters guide to the JoeCell. Joe can SEE this polarity, while we have to invent devices to detect them based upon the Esoteric Science thats hidden in Magnetics. (Non Physical Phenomena)
If one uses plain tap water in the Cell and the MERE mindset of Dowsing to this special Build, one will get Bubbles right away.
It has been stated that there are 'stages' of Charge in this TubeCell. These Stages are SEEN in 2 ways. The color changes that the water cycles through. Or by Manually switching to the next stage by taking the electrode off and then back on again.
There are 5 Pieces of Stainless Steel to attach 2 electrodes to. The remaining 3 are called Neutral Plates. Until this design was presented to the world, placing Neutral Plates between active plates in any electrolysis experiment was an UNKNOWN addition. Why do it? whats it for? Why Not. Lets See what it does.
After many 1000's of electrode placement experiments, it was SEEN that the "energy" of the water has 4 Stages. The bubbles and the
energy of Implosion and Explosion INCREASED each time the electrode was removed and replaced taking the Cell to the Next Stage and repeated this Format after the 4th time ie on the fifth placement the energy exhibited went back to Stage One.
Then there are 4 distinct Electrode Placements on the 5 tubes. We show 2 in this video and reverse them only.

All one gets in Electrolysis it 2 products and you have to RIG it to get them.
It was further documented by Video, that The Placement of electrode closest to, or directly on the centre Tube sets the Polarity BIAS of the Cell or the Field that is Imparted to the Water.
Joe then said that a North Pole Cleans Water and a South Pole Dirties water.
So if we want to dirty water or make oil or coal we use the South Pole energies.
To clean water Joe uses North Pole energies.
This set of experiments redefines "energy".
Magnetic Water.
Given all the FUN happens with North Pole Water, Joe has developed this technology for certain industrial applications. There are ongoing Field Trials but thats classified.
Ok so we now have Water Charged UP in a TubeCell. We take the Cell out of its container and drop in a "Collector". We could pour it in a battery sized container. Joe uses the Tubes themselves as the collector but I used a 'sandwich' construction. The old Valve radios had aluminium plates that intermeshed to TUNE into a Frequency on the radio. Dismantle this as only one side of this Tuner is needed. Place 2 wires at each end of the Tuner plates and connect to a LOAD and place the 'collector' in the Charged or Magnetic Water. No Multimeter as it has a battery and will change the Frequency of the Water and you have to start all over again with fresh water.
Its that easy. Few were privy to this. Pons and Fishyman eat your heart out.

WLW has watched this all unfold for the last 15 years. I had to Postpone studying Russell as the Explanations needed to be entirely my own 'words' or Joe Words. Tesla said Everything is the Light. I present a easier way to understand Russellian science although WLW might differ.
