When attaching electrodes to a body of water, the rule is and is a must for anything to "work", FIRST attach the Negative Lead from the battery to the Cell. Then the Positive. When stopping the experiment, The Positive is disconnected First followed by the Negative.
Anytime, one is playing with any kind of electrodes and something with a battery connected for any kind of action, you dont want a bad opposite and equal reaction. Negative on first and Neg off last. This would include any 'healing' device like a Zapper, Rife or other such apparatus for effecting a Cell with a Battery.

One Car battery and a set of cheap jumper leads is all you need. Try to avoid copper Alligator clips. Use Silver if you can.
Grab the Neg in the Right hand making all finger PRINTS touch the Metal.
Grab the Pos in the Left hand making sure all finger prints are touching.
Hold for no longer than 3 minutes.
Left off then right off.
Once Charged Up, we can then explore other points to activate on the body and a couple of them will make Joezone.
