I am having an issue with feedback from my pulser to the power supply. This is what blew my old power supply when I ground it through my body to my scope.
What in the hell is going back to the PS? The damn pots for adjusting the voltage regulator are shocking me.

Try a sheet of aluminum foil sandwiched between two layers of 1/16" thick plexiglass. Run an earth ground (short as possible) to the foil at a corner farthest from your power supply. Place your CUT on the new work pad.
This trick has saved a scope or two for me.
It does almost no good for conventional pulse experiments.
