The reporter! says he can touch the 400v supply and not get shocked, all the motors and transformers run cold, no heat is generated, it is not normal electricity. Apart from this, the inventor "the old man" could not remember where to switch it on at first!!!!!! The inventor is difficult to understand so I could not translate all he said, but he really didn't say that much. There is more in the description than in the speach, but as I have said before, it works on frequencies mixed with the earths magnetic fields (in plural). The cylinder is the main part, the reactor.
