I have started this thread so as posts can be made on new synthetic fuel news, my son sent me this as he knows all about what I work on ;)

Seems that it is agreed that a 15% efficiency would be acceptable ;)

Lets watch some other spaces in the near future O0

Thanks for the links Mike

That is interesting isn't it?, we have all the cavemen digging holes in the ground looking for fuel and along come some truly intelligent people who can pull it out of thin air... water, sunlight and CO2.
It gives me hope and if we can take a fuel apart then why can't we put it back together with a renewable resource...the sun.

Yes, the sun is a good idea, but it can be done by generating the power with the sun and use SMD extracting the oxygen by forming oxides and converting the CO and H into syngas at the electrode all in one go O0

I have had it documented for a long time.

Good stuff Mike ;)

Pop the Syngas generating electrolysis process into a hhop style device and use the gas pressure to displace (pump) the electrolyte around the heat transfer loop. I have proven this is possible with hho, a very unstable gas, so Syngas lacking any Oxygen should not be a problem!

Instead of combusting the gas in the hhop d/c chamber combust it in an engine like Grum's:

A liquid cooled version of the atmospheric engine will allow the heat to be transferred via the electrolyte coolant to power a refrigerant electrical power generation system. CO2 anyone ?

A reciprocating compressor or an ionic liquid piston compressor are both viable options, amongst many..

Credit to Mike, Tinman and Chris Hunter for their input and of course Grumage..
