Tommey Try putting various AC rated capacitors on the output of the window generator to see if you can find resonance with the turning rotor. The energy being pumped out of the coil should form a resonance with the capacitor and a sweet spot RPM will be found. While the resonance may seem to load the generator more, you wll be have lots of amps circulating in the circuit. It is a way of impedance matching the crank speed /power input to the generator. You may be surprised when the sweet spot is found.
