So, A prime mover that runs in perpetuity ....Recycling its "fuel" .Over and over and over!!

From what i have read it does require a recharge every 2 years of operation, this is done by a plug in gas canister, also energy is injected into the system to create the plasma but it seems to yield 100 times the power than it uses
