This is the same as the direction of flow about a low pressure area in the Northern Hemisphere (weather phenomena). 2. The water in a working Joe Cell in the northern hemisphere will rotate CCW, and CW in the Southern. The Cell is charged with ground at center and touching positive voltage to each cylinder moving out from center. This polarity is reversed for the Northern Hemisphere. 3. Rotation of a compass in the center of a TPU is CCW in Northern Hemisphere and CW in the Southern. Perhaps the flow direction is reversed...

I.E. varies with humidity and time of day, has spherical zones of alternating density, permanent magnets have thier own aether field, etc. Alex says it is reflected by aluminum, Tesla showed a spark gap with a reflector in one of his RE patents. Beeswax could be used instead of water, both are dielectrics, but water is polar, and beeswax is nonpolar - hmmmm... Now, is the water that Joe uses pure or partially conductive? He has a process to seed the water.

If a cell is charged to its maximum degree, so that it can hold no more, the Orgone will transform itself into electricity, and in this way, or form, find a discharge. By the visual observation of the bubbles, pulsations, and surface tension of the water, we can utilise this fact to our advantage.

Group: Guest	Aghh, the infamous 'Joe Cell'. More of an Enigma than old Stan Meyer's WFC. They do say that these cells do not follow any of the rules of known physics... and they sure got that right. Anyone with a science background - however open-minded - really needs to leave their brain at the door before entering this alternate universe. So many blatant contradictions that, even in open-minded mode, it is very hard not to laugh when reading it. I love the bit where they say: you can remove the spark plug leads and the engine will still run as long as the ignition coil and dizzy remain functional... Quote It is affected by living beings. Of course I'm fully prepared to rescind my comments and make a full apology if someone can prove this - dare I say - technology, or point me in the direction of a car running from a Joe Cell.

The problem is getting the automobile to run at all, then the problem becomes "how to keep it running", as many unassuming things are supposed to affect the cell's operation. Of course, some will always take the easy route...

Group: Tinkerer Hero Member Posts: 3948 tExB=qr	The point in correlating the Joe Cell to the TPU is that they are BOTH aether pumps. The Joe Cell is passive, and the TU is forced (driven). Some have bashed the Joe Cell, bo no one has commented on the similarities between them. Perhaps no one else sees it.
