You hit the nail on the proverbial head... Boyce was at our facility for almost a year, and during all that time, not once did he produce ONE of his "magical" circuits or "systems" that was able to work. He had unlimited financial support, equipment, personnel, etc...and yet nada,zippo, nothing....get the point.
So all of the "explanations" are full of non-reproducable, David Copperfield components...
However, it makes for good humor watching him reel in the gullible.

Boyce is very good at talking the talk, unfortunately that's as far as it ever goes. And there has never been any independent verification of Boyce's claims of achieving up to 1200% over-Faraday results from his systems. I mean how patronising is it to say that I could show you the schematic for my hex controller, but it would do no good - suggesting that everyone is either an idiot or incompetent and that it would not work unless he himself built it. Quite a get-out clause, wouldn't you say?  This guy has been around forever and has been elevated to guru status by the uneducated and gullible that know no better than to take people at their word. I see he's had is dose of limelight again now, done his bit of teasing and so will disappear for a few months again now, without I might add, providing anything of any real value. My advice, don't waste your time with this guy.
